Kyler Womack is a civil defense litigator with a practice focused on corporate clients and insureds. His experience covers product liability, premises liability and personal injury claims involving a range of industries, including trucking, construction and propane.
Kyler earned his law degree from the Kansas University School of Law in 2023. During his time in law school, he served as a LexisNexis Student Representative and held the role of an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. He earned his undergraduate degree in Sport Management from the University of Kansas, where he contributed as a Student Equipment Manager for the University of Kansas Baseball Team.
Before joining our firm, Kyler gained legal experience by working as a law clerk at a Kansas law firm and as a legal intern at the Kansas Court of Appeals in Topeka. He also capitalized on his deep passion for sports by serving various sports-related internships, including as a Marketing and Events Intern for the College World Series of Omaha, Inc. and as an Eligibility Specialist for the NAIA.
