Jim Jarrow Earns Accreditation as a Nuclear Verdicts Defender
Baker Sterchi Member Jim Jarrow recently achieved accreditation as a Nuclear Verdicts Defender at the 2023 Nuclear Verdicts Defense Institute in San Diego, California.
The Institute, based on the principles outlined in the best-selling book "Nuclear Verdicts: Defending Justice for All," offers this three-day educational experience for seasoned defense attorneys. Its goal is to teach proven strategies to manage juror outrage and effectively defend against excessive jury awards.
Based in Kansas City, Jarrow primarily focuses on defending personal injury matters in the transportation and retail industries. With a 30-year career, he is an experienced trial lawyer with an impressive track record of trying over 100 cases. Jarrow serves as a co-chair of the Baker Sterchi Trucking Practice Group and a steering committee member of the ALFA International Transportation Practice Group. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Eighth and Tenth Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
