Greg Odom to Speak at IDC BIPA Law Update CLE

On January 13, Baker Sterchi Member Greg Odom will speak at the Illinois Defense Counsel (IDC) CLE webinar titled “BIPA Bonanza – A Year in Review, Insurance Coverage, and Best Practices Moving Forward.”

The webinar will focus on the latest BIPA-related decisions, BIPA-related insurance coverage issues, and the current state of BIPA jurisprudence. Odom and his fellow panelists will discuss compliance, workers’ compensation exclusivity issues, and BIPA’s potential impact on insurers, insureds, and employers.

Odom, located in Baker Sterchi’s Belleville office, is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focused on defending clients in mass toxic torts and commercial litigation in state and federal courts across Illinois and Missouri. Greg is a member of IDC’s Board of Directors.

Founded in 1964, IDC is a premier association of attorneys in Illinois who devote a substantial portion of their practice to representing business, corporate, insurance, professional, and other individual defendants in civil litigation.
