Baker Sterchi Member Greg Odom Presents at Litigation Academy

Baker Sterchi Member Greg Odom recently presented at the Illinois Defense Counsel (IDC) A to Z Litigation Academy. His presentation focused on practical tips and strategies related to preparing for and attending depositions, particular experiences he has had taking and defending depositions, and Illinois laws and rules governing depositions.

Odom, located in Baker Sterchi’s Belleville office, is an experienced trial attorney whose practice is focused on defending clients in mass toxic torts and commercial litigation. He represents individuals, local businesses, and Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts across Illinois and Missouri, with an emphasis on defending clients in southern Illinois and the St. Louis metropolitan region.

His commercial litigation experience includes representation of individuals, businesses, and government agencies in cases arising from various types of commercial projects, ranging in value from $20,000 to over $25 million. He also advises businesses and groups on cyber liability, privacy and data breach issues, including issues related to biometric privacy law.
