On September 17, Baker Sterchi Member Jim Jarrow will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Clairvoyance in Post-Accident Claims Handling” at the “Arkansas Trucking Seminar Virtual 2020: Moving Forward Together.”
Joined by Sheila Kerwin of Nilan Johnson Lewis, Sara Miemiec of Schneider National Carriers/INS, and Brittney Krause of Crete Carrier Corporation, the 60-minute panel discussion will focus on best practices for claims handling in the context of early assessment and resolution.
The Arkansas Trucking Seminar, organized by Wales Comstock, is an annual event held each September that draws trucking professionals from across the U.S. and Canada. The 2020 virtual seminar includes nearly 30 virtual programs on topics ranging from personal jurisdiction to zoom mediation and accident reconstruction to the effect of Coronavirus on jury trials.
Jarrow is a civil litigation defense attorney practicing in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and mass tort. He is an experienced transportation lawyer. Jarrow litigates matters in courts across the United States and is a frequent lecturer and trial practice instructor. He earned his law degree from Washburn Law School.
