Baker Sterchi Member Joshua Davis will co-present on the topic of “investigating claims and litigation during and following the COVID-19 pandemic” at an upcoming two-day virtual conference of the Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB).
The PLRB Virtual Conference, scheduled for August 18 and 19, includes six presentations to be given by law firm attorneys, insurance company representatives, and vendors supporting the insurance industry on a range of topics focused on emerging COVID-19 issues in property and casualty claims operations, handling, and coverage. Davis will give his presentation on August 18.
PLRB is a trade association supporting insurance companies and underwriting organizations licensed to do property or casualty business in the United States through live and on-line education and training, as well as providing other resources relevant to property and casualty businesses.
Davis is a civil litigation defense attorney, with nearly all of his cases rooted in insurance litigation, including third-party defense, first-party litigation, and insurance coverage. Clients entrust him with work in both personal and commercial lines dealing with property, casualty, and liability matters. He routinely represents clients in catastrophic injury and property cases.Davis earned his law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas.
