Lammert to Receive BAMSL Presidential Service Award

Baker Sterchi Associate Megan Sterchi Lammert will be recognized with a 2020 Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) Presidential Service Award at a Law Day event ceremony on October 2.

With more than 6,800 members, including attorneys, judges, paralegals, and law firm administrators, BAMSL is the oldest voluntary bar association in the St. Louis region. Held each year, the Law Day event celebrates the role of law in our society and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the legal profession.  The event includes recognition of BAMSL members for their prior-year of service to the legal profession, BAMSL, and the community at large.

In addition to her involvement with BAMSL as its Young Lawyers Division Service Chair from 2018-2020, Lammert is a member of the Defense Research Institute’s Young Lawyers Committee and is a member of Baker Sterchi’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Technology Planning Committee.  She earned her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law.

Lammert recently transferred from the firm’s St. Louis office to its Kansas City office.  She practices in the areas of personal injury defense, premises liability, and product liability.
