John McLeod is a Member of the firm. He practices in the areas of premises and retail liability, product liability, transportation, and insurance defense.  He regularly handles cases in both state and federal courts in Missouri and Southern Illinois, from initial investigation through trial.  He routinely makes presentations to the insurance, risk management, and transportation industries on Missouri and Illinois law.

Recent Trials
  • Secured a defense verdict in a slip and fall case in Jersey County, Ill. Plaintiff claimed to have slipped in a puddle on the floor. Testimony revealed he saw workers with a mop in hand and walked past a wet floor sign. King v. Tom’s Supermarket.
