Haley Stevenson concentrates her practice in civil defense litigation with an emphasis in the areas of premises liability, products liability and personal injury for the retail and trucking industries.

As a native St. Louisan, Haley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District and also clerked for the Hon. James F. Kanatzar of the Missouri Circuit Court, Sixteenth Judicial District, Jackson County.   Before joining the firm, she was also an associate at a Kansas City-area civil defense firm, and served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Jackson County, Missouri.

While in law school, Haley served as an intern for a member of Congress in Washington, D.C., and the Department of Education Office for Civil Rights. During her 3L year, Haley participated in the Domestic Violence clinical program, and was a student teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing course.   Haley earned the CALI excellence award in Adoption, Reproductive Health and Technology Law.
