Kara Stubbs Moderates Panel at ALFA Women's Initiative Meeting 11/02/09
Kara Stubbs moderated a session on “Women in the Legal Profession: Recognizing and Developing your Leadership Style” at ALFA International's Women's Initiative Meeting held in Chicago, IL on October 22, 2009. The panel of women general counsel and managing partners for this session discussed ways to confront challenges related to recognizing and enhancing leadership style and to further develop communications skills and effective team-building skills in a legal management setting – either in a law firm or an in-house environment.
