Kara Trouslot Stubbs Member

Kara has been a Member of the firm since 1998. Her litigation practice is primarily focused on product liability matters, including the defense of manufacturers of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, construction equipment, children's products, commercial grade fireworks and various consumer products. Her practice also includes commercial litigation, general personal injury, premises liability, commercial litigation, and consumer fraud. Kara has served as national and regional counsel to various clients in mass tort litigation. She is active in IADC, DRI and ALFA International, where she currently serves as Chair of the Medical Device and Drug Practice Group. Kara served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Clark of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri prior to joining the firm.
